The league's season phase and its playoff bracket: each series with its state, wins and game dates, each game linked to its event when Ticker has it. Costs one unit per linked event, and one unit when none is linked.

        - `home` string, nullable, required: Home team key, null while the seed is still to be decided.
        - `away` string, nullable, required: Away team key, the same rule.
        - `home_score` integer, nullable, required: Null until the game starts.
        - `away_score` integer, nullable, required: Null until the game starts.
        - `venue` string, nullable, required: The venue's name.
        - `event_id` string, nullable, required: Our event for this game, null when Ticker does not have it.
  - `schedule_read_at` string, nullable, required: When this copy of the league's schedule was read.
  - `stale` boolean, required: The last refresh failed and this is the copy before it.

## Other responses

- `400`: Validation error, an unknown `columns` name (the message lists the valid set), or a batch over the size bound.
- `401`: Missing or invalid API key.
- `403`: The key's account is not entitled to the feed, or the account or the address it calls from is blocked (`reason` `blocked`).
- `404`: No such league.
- `429`: The per-minute burst ceiling or the unit budget for the current UTC date is used up.
- `500`: Internal Server Error.
