Run the plan validators over the WHOLE trip and report by bucket: risky connections, overpacked days, reservation conflicts, closures, backtracking, budget, weather, data gaps. Read-only; each alert carries its own resolutions.

## Request body

  - `tripId` string, required: Trip id from get_my_trips
  - `today` string: The traveller's own date, YYYY-MM-DD, where the action needs one

## Response `200`
