# File how busy a place USUALLY is at given local hours, from a source you actually consulted (say which)

File how busy a place USUALLY is at given local hours, from a source you actually consulted (say which). Slots are (weekday 0=Sun..6, hour 0-23, level quiet|moderate|busy|packed). Later reports replace earlier ones for the same slot. The app shows this as 'usually busy — estimate', never as a measurement — so only report what a real source supports.

  - `googlePlaceId` string, required: The Google place id (find_places / get_point carry it).
  - `source` string, required: Where this came from — a URL or a named source. Required; "I guessed" is not a source.
  - `slots` object[], required: Up to 48 slots per call.
    - `weekday` number, required: 0=Sunday … 6=Saturday, place-local.
    - `hour` number, required: Local hour 0–23.
    - `level` 'quiet' | 'moderate' | 'busy' | 'packed', required
  - `today` string: The traveller's own date, YYYY-MM-DD, where the action needs one
  - `expectedVersion` integer: For a change to a trip: the planVersion you last read

## Response `200`

Done — { ok, api, action, result, card, operation? }

## Other responses

- `202`: Waiting for the traveller's approval in Finding Horizons
- `400`: Bad body / missing Idempotency-Key
- `401`: No or invalid token
- `403`: Scope not granted
- `409`: Conflict: the plan changed since expectedVersion, or the same key is still running
- `422`: The action said no
- `429`: Rate limited
