Recalculate the REMAINING live day for one of the traveller's eight stated intents (tired, raining, woke_late, broke_today, something_crazy, slower_afternoon, missed_transport, no_more_museums). Deterministic — the app's own rules, no AI, no spend. Returns the plan delta with per-op reasons; it writes nothing. missed_transport requires delayMinutes.

  - `tripId` string, required: Trip id from get_my_trips
  - `intent` 'tired' | 'raining' | 'woke_late' | 'broke_today' | 'something_crazy' | 'slower_afternoon' | 'missed_transport' | 'no_more_museums', required: One of the eight intents.
  - `nowMs` number, required: Epoch ms of the traveller's NOW.
  - `delayMinutes` number: Required for missed_transport.
  - `today` string: The traveller's own date, YYYY-MM-DD, where the action needs one

- `401`: No or invalid token
- `403`: Scope not granted
