Read the community-reported busyness curve for a place: (weekday, hour, level) slots with source and reported_at. Empty means NOBODY has reported — the honest answer is then 'unknown', never a guess.

## Request body

- object
  - `googlePlaceId` string, required
  - `today` string: The traveller's own date, YYYY-MM-DD, where the action needs one

## Response `200`

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad body / missing Idempotency-Key
