Local intelligence for a place from Finding Horizons: the hand-verified safety essentials (emergency number, tap water, currency, plugs, tipping, getting around, heads-up) PLUS the full pre-synthesized intelligence brief when cached — food, hidden gems, neighborhoods, money & fees, culture, phrases, scams, seasonal, risks, accessibility, family/pet/nomad notes and more. Pass city for a city-level brief; falls back to country-level. Reads the cache only — a miss returns the essentials without a brief and never generates one.
