Events Finding Horizons already has on record for a city (and optional country, dates YYYY-MM-DD, search words): title, date and time, venue, status, whether free, and the official link. Only stored, real listings — when none are on record for that place and those dates, it says so; it never invents one.

  - `limit` number
  - `today` string: The traveller's own date, YYYY-MM-DD, where the action needs one

## Response `200`
