# Add a PRIVATE note to the traveller's journal on one of their trips, in THEIR words: write only what they told you happe

Add a PRIVATE note to the traveller's journal on one of their trips, in THEIR words: write only what they told you happened or what they asked you to note — never turn a planned stop into a memory, never add an opinion they did not give. Optional date YYYY-MM-DD and title. Only the traveller sees it until they share it in the app.

## Other responses

- `202`: Waiting for the traveller's approval in Finding Horizons
- `400`: Bad body / missing Idempotency-Key
- `401`: No or invalid token
- `403`: Scope not granted
- `409`: Conflict: the plan changed since expectedVersion, or the same key is still running
- `422`: The action said no
- `429`: Rate limited
