`POST /marine/vessel/area-search`

## Request

Search for all vessels in a defined geographic area
Cost: 8 credits per request

Parameters:
- min_lat, max_lat, min_lng, max_lng: Geographic boundary
- days_ago (optional): Get historical data from N days ago (0-365)
  If not provided or 0, returns current/latest positions

- AreaSearchRequest
  - `min_lat` number, required
  - `max_lat` number, required
  - `min_lng` number, required
  - `max_lng` number, required
  - `days_ago` integer, nullable
