`GET /macro/wgb/credit-ratings`

Get sovereign credit ratings from S&P, Moody's, Fitch, DBRS

**Credits:** configurable (see MACRO_* env vars)

**Returns:** Country, S&P rating, Moody's rating, Fitch rating, DBRS rating

- `country` string, nullable: Filter by country name (partial match)
