# Filing Removed Event

`POST filing.removed` (webhook)

Sent when trigger_on_filing_updated is true and a filing you received was later deleted, hidden, or moved out of this webhook's scope. Discard the filing. Carries no filing or company body. Not billed.

## Payload

- FilingRemovedPayload
  - `event_type` string, required: Always 'filing.removed'.
  - `webhook_id` string, required: The ID of the webhook configuration that triggered this event.
  - `filing_id` string, required: The ID of the filing you should discard.
  - `reason` 'deleted' | 'hidden' | 'company_hidden' | 'out_of_scope', required: 'deleted': the filing no longer exists. 'hidden': it was withdrawn from the platform. 'company_hidden': its company was withdrawn. 'out_of_scope': it was re-typed or moved to a company outside this webhook's filing types, watchlist or plan. * `deleted` - deleted * `hidden` - hidden * `company_hidden` - company_hidden * `out_of_scope` - out_of_scope
  - `triggered_at` string, date-time, required: The timestamp (ISO 8601) when the event was triggered.

## Acknowledgement `200`

(Success) Acknowledge receipt.

- `4XX`: (Client Error) Retry logic may apply.
- `5XX`: (Server Error) We will retry.
