# Retrieve Filing History (Audit Trail)

`GET /filings/{id}/history/`

## Request

  - HTTP bearer

**Access Level Required:** Requires **Standard Access (Level 1)**.

Retrieve a point-in-time audit trail of material changes made to this filing (e.g., classification or status updates).

## Path parameters

- `id` integer, required

## Response `200`

Success. Returns a paginated list of historical changes, ordered newest first.

- PaginatedFilingHistoryList
  - `count` integer, required: Total matching results. Exact for cheap queries, an estimate on broad or expensive ones. Do not use it to decide when to stop: follow `next` until it is null.
  - `next` string, uri, nullable
  - `previous` string, uri, nullable
  - `results` FilingHistory[], required
    - `history_id` integer, required
    - `history_date` string, date-time, required: The exact date and time the change was recorded.
    - `history_type` string, required: The type of change: '+' (Created), '~' (Changed), or '-' (Deleted).
    - `changed_by` string, required
    - `changes` object, required

## Other responses

- `403`: Missing or invalid API key, or the plan does not include this endpoint.
- `404`: Not Found.
- `429`: Rate limit, plan quota or spend cap reached.
