## Response `200`

Success

- Filing
  - `id` integer, required: Unique identifier for the filing.
  - `company` CompanyMinimal, required
    - `id` integer, required: Unique identifier for the company.
    - `name` string, required: Company name.
    - `tagline` string, required: A short, one-liner describing the company's value proposition.
    - `isins` string[], required: Primary ISIN(s) for the company. Use the company detail endpoint for the full list.
    - `lei` string, required: Legal Entity Identifier (ISO 17442).
    - `sub_industry_code` string, nullable, required: ISIC classification code classifying the company.
    - `oics_code` string, nullable, required: The company's primary OICS class code (public preview, OICS v0.3), e.g. `TC.SC.SEM.CHP`. Null when the company has no class under the current OICS version, including entity types that carry none (funds, shells, financing vehicles). The full label is the `oics` object on the full company representation.
    - `country_code` string, required: ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 country code of the company's primary registration or headquarters.
    - `date_public` string, date, nullable, required: Date this company record was last updated on the FinancialFilings platform. With `id`, it is the `date_public_cursor` of an incremental company sync.
  - `filing_type` FilingType, required
    - `id` integer, required: Unique identifier for the filing type. Filter filings with `?filing_type=<id>`.
    - `code` string, required: Unique code identifying the filing type.
    - `name` string, required: Human-readable name of the filing type.
    - `description` string, required: Detailed description of the filing type.
    - `category` FilingCategory, required
      - `id` integer, required: Unique identifier for the disclosure category.
      - `name` string, required: Name of the disclosure category.
      - `sort_order` integer, required: Order priority for display.
  - `language` Language, required
    - `id` integer, required: Unique identifier for the language.
    - `code` string, required: ISO 639-1 language code (lowercase).
    - `name` string, required: Name of the language.
  - `filing_date` string, date, required: The official date of the filing (soon to be deprecated).
  - `title` string: Optional title for the filing
  - `added_to_platform` string, date-time, required: Date and time when the filing was added to our platform
  - `updated_date` string, date-time, required: The date and time this filing record was last modified.
  - `dissemination_datetime` string, date-time, nullable: Time the document was released to the public and sent to the authority
  - `release_datetime` string, date-time, nullable: Time the document was published on the authority page
  - `source` Source, required
    - `id` integer, required: Unique identifier for the source. Filter filings with `?source=<id>`.
    - `name` string, required: Generic label identifying the regional authority for this data source.
    - `url` string, uri, nullable, required: Homepage URL for the data source, when available.
    - `description` string, required: Description of the data source.
    - `has_named_speakers` boolean, nullable, required: Tri-state: true if this source's CT (call transcript) filings are confirmed to carry named speaker attribution (name/title/affiliation), false if confirmed generic labels like 'Speaker 1', null if not yet measured. Treat null as 'not a positive match', not as false — an unmeasured source is not the same claim as a confirmed-generic one. Not meaningful for non-transcript sources.
  - `document` string, uri, nullable, required: Direct link to our hosted copy of the original filing document or package (e.g. PDF/ZIP). Not signed and does not expire; anyone holding the link can download the file. Returns 404 if the filing is later removed or its document replaced.
  - `proxy_url` string, uri, nullable, required: Browser-renderable main document: for ZIP packages, a link that extracts and serves the main document; for every other format, the same link as the original document.
  - `viewer_url` string, uri, nullable, required: URL to view the filing in the interactive web platform.
  - `file_extension` string, nullable: File extension (e.g., PDF, HTML).
  - `file_size` integer, nullable: File size in bytes.
  - `markdown_url` string, uri, nullable, required: API link to the filing's full text as Markdown. Null until a Markdown version is available (see `processing_status`).
  - `processing_status` 'PENDING' | 'QUEUED' | 'PROCESSING' | 'COMPLETED' | 'FAILED' | 'SKIPPED': * `PENDING` - Pending * `QUEUED` - Queued * `PROCESSING` - Processing * `COMPLETED` - Completed * `FAILED` - Failed * `SKIPPED` - Skipped
  - `filing_type_confidence` number, double, nullable, required: Confidence score (0.0–1.0) assigned by the automated classification system for the filing type.
  - `filing_type_reasoning` string, nullable, required: Step-by-step rationale produced by the automated classification system for the assigned filing type. Indicative only — not manually reviewed.
  - `language_confidence` number, double, nullable, required: Confidence score (0.0–1.0) from detecting the language against the document's own text. Null when detection reached no usable answer, which includes the case where it never ran — use language_verified_at to tell those apart.
  - `language_verified_at` string, date-time, nullable, required: When the language was checked against the document's own text. Null means it never was: the language is the value asserted when the filing was ingested, which is reliable for a source that files in one language and a guess for one that publishes the same disclosure in several. A non-null value with a null language_confidence means the document was read but no confident answer came out of it.
  - `fiscal_year` integer, nullable, required: The accounting fiscal year this filing covers (e.g., 2024). Populated for annual, quarterly, interim reports and earnings releases. Null if not yet determined.
  - `fiscal_period` union, required: The specific fiscal period covered by this filing. Possible values: FY (Full Year), Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4, H1 (First Half), H2 (Second Half). Populated for annual, quarterly, interim reports and earnings releases. Null if not yet determined. * `FY` - Full Year * `Q1` - First Quarter * `Q2` - Second Quarter * `Q3` - Third Quarter * `Q4` - Fourth Quarter * `H1` - First Half * `H2` - Second Half * `9M` - Nine Months
    - 'FY' | 'Q1' | 'Q2' | 'Q3' | 'Q4' | 'H1' | 'H2' | '9M': * `FY` - Full Year * `Q1` - First Quarter * `Q2` - Second Quarter * `Q3` - Third Quarter * `Q4` - Fourth Quarter * `H1` - First Half * `H2` - Second Half * `9M` - Nine Months
    - unknown
  - `period_ending_date` string, date, nullable, required: The exact date the reported financial period ends (e.g., 2024-12-31). Populated for annual, quarterly, interim reports and earnings releases. Null if not yet determined.
  - `ingestion_mode` 'REALTIME' | 'BACKFILLED', required: * `REALTIME` - Realtime * `BACKFILLED` - Backfilled
  - `source_url` string, uri, nullable, required: Original public link for this filing at the source authority. Null when unavailable, for anonymised sources, or when the account does not have source identities unlocked.
  - `source_filing_type` string, nullable, required: The source authority's own classification label, verbatim. Null when the source publishes no label, it was not captured, or the source is anonymised. Not gated on source identities.
  - `source_filing_id` string, nullable, required: The publisher's own identifier for this document, verbatim. Unique per source. On sources that publish one record per event and fan it out into one row per language and per attachment, the leading portion is a shared event stem, so rows of one disclosure sort together -- see the cross-language grouping recipe in the API docs. Null on legacy rows ingested before the identifier was retained.
