# Delete product and all variants

`DELETE /v1/workflows/product/by-product/{productId}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.finalpos.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.finalpos.com/v1/workflows/product/by-product/{productId}`
- Auth: API key in header `x-api-key`

Deletes every variant for the given product ID, soft-deletes all Inventory rows tied to the product, soft-deletes every CatalogVisibility row referencing the product, then deletes the product. Scoped to the API key company.

- `productId` string, required

## Response `200`

Product and variants deleted.

- DeleteResponseDto
  - `statusCode` number, required: HTTP status code
  - `message` string, required: Message describing the result of the operation

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid API key.
- `404`: Product not found for this company.
