# Onboard a new company under an organization

`POST /v1/organization-api/company/company-workflow/onboard`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.finalpos.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.finalpos.com/v1/organization-api/company/company-workflow/onboard`
- Auth: API key in header `x-org-api-key`

Creates a company, linked account, default outlet, plan assignment, default roles, and a Stripe customer. Runs in a single transaction, then finalizes any external customer setup. The target organization is resolved from the supplied `x-org-api-key`; the organization must have an org owner.

## Response `200`

Company onboarded successfully. Returns the new company document (including `accountId` and `organizationId` links). A default outlet and plan association are also created; those ids are not duplicated on the company object.

## Other responses

- `400`: Request validation failed, plan or organization is invalid, or a required relation could not be satisfied (e.g. no org owner).
- `401`: Missing or invalid `x-org-api-key`.
- `403`: API key is not bound to an organization.
- `404`: Organization, plan, or another prerequisite resource was not found.
