## Query parameters

- `stage` string, nullable: Lifecycle stage: registration, amendment, effectiveness, or prospectus
- `form_type` string, nullable: Exact form type, e.g. S-1 or 424B4
- `cik` string, nullable: Issuer CIK, digits only
- `file_number` string, nullable: SEC file number, e.g. 333-296288 — follows one offering across stages
- `since` string, nullable: Only events filed on/after this date
- `until` string, nullable: Only events filed on/before this date
- `limit` integer: Rows per page (max 200)
- `offset` integer: Pagination offset (max 10,000)

- `401`: Missing or invalid X-API-Key.
- `422`: Validation Error
- `429`: Per-minute rate limit or monthly quota exceeded. Per-minute 429s carry Retry-After; quota 429s carry X-Quota-Limit / X-Quota-Used. Quotas reset at 00:00 UTC on the 1st.
