Returns the specified accrual on the purchase.

  - `accrualId` integer: Id of the accrual.
  - `lineId` integer: The purchase/sale line (orderLine.lineId) that is accrued.
  - `account` string: Account the amount is accrued to.
  - `startDate` string, date: First period (month) of the accrual, format yyyy-mm-dd.
  - `periods` integer: Number of monthly periods the amount is spread over.
  - `amountPerPeriod` integer: Amount posted per period, in cents.
  - `endDate` string, date: Date of the last period (month) of the accrual, format yyyy-mm-dd.
  - `unpostedPeriods` integer: Number of periods not yet posted because they fall in accounting years that have not been opened yet.
  - `unpostedYears` string[]: Accounting years that contain periods not yet posted.
