# Flatten a bubble

`POST /api/v3/projects/{project_id}/bubbles/{id}/flatten`

When a bubble is an image, flattening a bubble means that Fieldwire will rasterize the image along with its markups to make it a single image for the thumbnail.Currently only the most recent 100 bubble markups will be flattened for performance reasons.
