## Request

Returns Risk Engine backtesting results including precision, recall, F1 score, and average lead time across multiple lookahead windows (1h, 6h, 12h, 24h). No authentication required. Results are generated by running validation/run_validation.sh.

Since 2026-09-05 the payload also carries the ML-honesty evidence blocks `tfm_rebench`, `tfm_embedding`, `ranking`, `anomaly_zero_shot` (+ `ml_honesty` index). Each is a tolerant mirror of evidence/ml_honesty_20260905/*; `{available: false, reason}` when the file is absent.
