Information about the LSTM-based Remaining Useful Life regression model. Also returns `ranking`: the offline ranking evaluation of the RUL ordering served by /api/ml/rul/top-risky — capture@5/10/20% of true within-horizon failures for H=24 h and 48 h (KDD 2026 'Don't Predict, Prioritize', arXiv:2607.15115), with rule/random baselines, an oracle ceiling and port-bootstrap CIs. `ranking.available=false` when the evidence file is absent.
