Return per-switch, per-bank status for CPO (Co-Packaged Optics) switches. Aggregates FAU alignment loss, die temperature, rx power droop across all 6 ports in each shared laser bank. Flags banks where correlation threshold is crossed — these require switch-level RMA, not port replacement.
