Maps FIBER's live signals to SemiAnalysis ClusterMAX v2.1 Criterion #6 (Reliability — automated passive health checks: detect & drain). Each criterion shows the detection source, live event counts in the window, and evidence samples. Criteria with zero events in-window are reported honestly as 'wired'. v2.1 is the current published standard; ClusterMAX v3.0 (coming soon) adds a reliability phase that injects simulated hardware failures to stress monitoring systems and health checks (SemiAnalysis 2026-08-30) — the scoring logic here is unchanged, the text fields simply carry that context.
