Run the synthetic-failure benchmark harness: Hikari vs UFM Cyber-AI, CloudVision, Apstra, Nexus Dashboard on 6 failure scenarios (thermal_precursor, fiber_loose, voltage_instab, coherent_snr_drop, cpo_die_thermal, cpo_laser_bank). Returns per-scenario TP/FP/FN/TN, precision/recall/F1, and first detection stage per engine. Reproducible via `seed` query param.
