`POST /v1/maintenance-windows`

Create a maintenance window for the active organization.

  - `scope` 'MONITOR' | 'ORG', required: What a window targets. ``ORG`` covers every monitor in the org; ``MONITOR`` covers the explicitly linked monitors only.

  - `rrule` string, nullable
  - `timezone` string, nullable
  - `monitor_ids` string[]
