`GET /live/`

## Request

Liveness probe: the process is running and able to serve requests.

Declares no dependency at all — not even a database session — so a dead
Postgres pool or a Redis/NATS outage can never fail or hang this
endpoint and trigger a Kubernetes restart of an otherwise healthy pod.
