Reads a token contract on Base (ERC-20 metadata, owner(), EIP-1967 proxy slot, and mint / pause / blacklist / fee / limit selectors in its bytecode) and its DEX liquidity (WETH and USDC held by its Uniswap v2/v3 and Aerodrome pools, read on-chain). Returns ok / caution / avoid / unknown with reasons. A heuristic screen: it does not simulate a sell, read tax rates or check pool age. Free daily tier, then $0.01 via x402.
