- PerpSetupStatusResponse: Whether perp trading is provisioned for the account.
  - `setup_complete` boolean, required: True when the account is ready to trade perps.
  - `account_activated` boolean, nullable: True when the venue account is activated.
  - `last_error` string, nullable: Last setup error, if any.
