Exchange agent_id + signed timestamp for bearer token.

## Request body

- TokenRequest
  - `agent_id` string, required: Agent ID from the verify step.
  - `timestamp` string, required: Current Unix timestamp as a string.
  - `signature` string, required: Base64-encoded Ed25519 signature of the timestamp.

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- TokenResponse
  - `token` string, required: Bearer token for authenticated API requests.
  - `expires_in` integer, required: Token lifetime in seconds.
