- CapabilitiesResponse: Capabilities manifest. Sections are gated by `release_gates.RELEASED_CAPABILITIES`; unreleased sections are omitted entirely so the manifest stays consistent with /openapi.json.
  - `chat` object, nullable: Chat endpoints and capabilities.
  - `trading` object, nullable: Trading endpoints (swap, limit orders, hooks).
  - `earn` object, nullable: Yield/earn endpoints and supported assets.
  - `perp` object, nullable: Venue-neutral perpetual-futures trading endpoints.
