`GET /userportal/features/{feature_id}`

Get a single feature by ID (pub_id).

Product is identified by domain or F1-Product header.
If the roadmap has password/token/SSO protection configured, the caller
must present a valid roadmap access session (or ?access= token).
Returns feature details for the public userportal.
