# Create Feature Comment

`POST /userportal/features/{feature_id}/comments`

Create a new conversation (comment) on a feature.

Authentication:
- If authenticated via session token, conversation is linked to the CRM contact
- If not authenticated, a guest conversation is created (requires email)
- Employees (users) can also reply as company representatives

The conversation is public by default and appears on the userportal.

  - `last_name` string, nullable: Last name for guest comments
