`GET /userportal/changelog`

## Request

Get all public changelog entries for a product.

Product is identified by domain or F1-Product header.
Only returns published, public changelog entries.

Returns paginated list of changelog entries with:
- Title and description
- Main image URL
- Publish date
- Labels
- Linked features
