`GET /accounts/{user_id}/thumbnail/{fax_id}`

## Request

  - OAuth 2

    - Token URL: `https://accounts.fax.plus/token` scopes: `all`
  - HTTP bearer

Retrieve fax thumbnail (Permitted scopes: **fax:all:read**, **fax:fax:read**)

## Response `200`

Fax thumbnail in JPEG

## Other responses
