# Create an API key for the current account

`POST /v1/keys`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.fastaf.co`
- URL: `https://api.fastaf.co/v1/keys`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

At most five active keys are allowed. The full key is returned only in this response.

API key created. The full key is shown only once.

## Other responses

- `400`: The JSON body or key name is invalid.
- `401`: A valid bearer API key is required.
- `403`: The account is suspended.
- `409`: The account already has five active API keys.
- `429`: A rate or concurrency limit was reached.
- `500`: The request failed unexpectedly.
- `503`: The service is temporarily unavailable.
