O'z balansidan boshqa foydalanuvchiga (email/telefon bo'yicha) o'tkazma.

## Request body

- TransferRequest: Foydalanuvchidan foydalanuvchiga o'tkazma. recipient — qabul qiluvchining email yoki telefon raqami.
  - `recipient` string, required
  - `amount` integer, required
