Android: Google Play xaridini imzo orqali tekshirib balansga qo'shadi
(idempotent).

- GoogleTopUpRequest: Google Play Billing orqali to'ldirish (Android klientidan). purchase_data — Play imzolagan original JSON (`localVerificationData`), signature — o'sha JSON ustidagi Base64 RSA imzo.
