Joriy foydalanuvchi o'z profilini yangilaydi (faqat uzatilgan maydonlar).

- UserUpdateRequest: Profil yangilash so'rovi — barcha maydonlar ixtiyoriy. Faqat uzatilgan maydonlar yangilanadi (None bo'lmaganlar).
