Email orqali yangi bog'lanish qo'shadi.

## Request body

- LinkCreateRequest: Yangi bog'lanish — email orqali odam tanlanadi, unga rol beriladi.
  - `email` string, email, required
  - `role` 'ustoz' | 'oquvchi' | 'ota' | 'ona' | 'vasiy' | 'yaqin_qarindosh' | 'farzand' | 'boshliq' | 'yordamchi' | 'administrator', required: Bog'langan akkauntning (qarama-qarshi tomonning) roli. AccountLinkModel.role_of_addressee / role_of_requester ustunlarida string sifatida saqlanadi. Qiymatlar frontend `AccountLinkRole` enumi bilan AYNAN mos kelishi shart.
