# Edit a free trial link

`PUT /free-trial-links/{uuid}`

Edit an existing free trial link's settings. The link keeps its UUID (and shareable URL) and its redemption count; fans already on a trial are unaffected. Omitted fields reset to their unlimited/default state.

  - `maxUsages` integer, nullable: Maximum number of fans that can redeem the link. Unlimited when null or omitted.
  - `expiresDays` integer, nullable: Number of days from now until the link expires. Never expires when null or omitted.
  - `name` string, nullable: Creator-facing label used to tell several links apart. Not shown to fans. Unnamed when null or omitted.
  - `trialDurationDays` integer, nullable: Length of the free trial in days. Uses the platform default when null or omitted.

- `400`: Bad Request - API version not supported OR validation failed OR invalid UUID
- `401`: Unauthorized Response

- `404`: Not Found Response
- `410`: API version no longer supported (sunset)
- `429`: Too many requests - rate limit exceeded
