# Create a free trial link for a creator

`POST /creators/{creatorUserUuid}/free-trial-links`

Create a shareable link on behalf of the specified creator that lets fans start a free trial of their subscription.

## Request body

- object
  - `maxUsages` integer, nullable: Maximum number of fans that can redeem the link. Unlimited when null or omitted.
  - `expiresDays` integer, nullable: Number of days from now until the link expires. Never expires when null or omitted.
  - `name` string, nullable: Creator-facing label used to tell several links apart. Not shown to fans. Unnamed when null or omitted.
  - `trialDurationDays` integer, nullable: Length of the free trial in days. Uses the platform default when null or omitted.

Free trial link created successfully

  - `url` string, nullable, required: Shareable URL fans use to redeem the free trial
  - `maxUsages` integer, nullable, required: Maximum number of redemptions (null if unlimited)
  - `name` string, nullable, required: Creator-facing label for the link (null when the link is unnamed)
  - `usedCount` integer, required: Number of times the link has been redeemed
  - `trialDurationDays` integer, nullable, required: Free trial length in days (null when the platform default applies)
  - `expiresAt` string, date-time, nullable, required: When the link expires (null if it never expires)
  - `createdAt` string, date-time, required: When the link was created

- `400`: Bad Request - API version not supported OR validation failed OR invalid UUID
- `401`: Unauthorized Response
- `403`: Unauthorized Response
- `404`: Not Found Response
- `410`: API version no longer supported (sunset)
- `429`: Too many requests - rate limit exceeded
