`POST /report`

## Request

## Request body

- AddReportRestInput
  - `description` string: The text of the report entered by the reporting user
  - `idReported` string, required: The ID of the entity being reported
  - `reason` string, required: The reason why the user submits this report
  - `type` 'COMMENT' | 'POST' | 'USER', required: Identifies what is being reportd. Enum

## Response `201`

Report created.
