`POST /comments`

## Request

- `organization` string, required

## Request body

- AddCommentRestInput
  - `parent` string: Parent comment (if this comment is in reply to another one)
  - `description` string, required: Comment text
  - `content` string, required: The ID of the post that this comment is for

## Response `201`

Added a comment.
