Searches for available phone numbers that can be purchased

- `country_code` string
- `contains` string

## Response `200`

OK

  - `data` object[]: Array of available phone numbers
    - `phone_number` string: The phone number in E.164 format
    - `phone_number_formatted` string: The phone number formatted for display
    - `country_code` string: The ISO country code
    - `price` number: Monthly rental price in USD
    - `stripe_price_id` string: The Stripe price ID for billing
    - `address_requirements` string: Address requirements for this number: `none`, `local`, `foreign` or `inventory`
    - `sms_capable` boolean: Whether the number supports SMS

## Other responses

- `401`: Fehlender oder ungültiger API-Key.
- `422`: Die Anfrage ist inhaltlich ungültig.
