# Make a Call

`POST /user/make_call`

## Request

Initiate an outbound phone call with a specific Famulor AI assistant via API. Pass lead data and trigger automated voice conversations programmatically.

## Request body

- object
  - `phone_number` string, required: The customer's phone number in E.164 format (e.g. +1234567890)
  - `assistant_id` integer, required: The ID of the assistant to make the call with
  - `variables` object: The variables to be passed to the lead
    - `customer_name` string: The name of the customer
    - `email` string: The customer's email address

## Response `200`

Success

- object
  - `message` string: Confirmation message that the call was successfully initiated
  - `call_id` integer: The unique ID of the created call
  - `status` string: The initial status of the call (e.g. "initiated")

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid Phone Number
- `401`: Fehlender oder ungültiger API-Key.
- `404`: Assistant Not Found
- `422`: Insufficient Balance
