# Compose Full Name

`POST /names/segments`

Compose a full name from its parts.

## Query parameters

## Request body

- ComposeNameSegments
  - `persons` object[], required: Array containing the person with the name to be composed. At least one person is required.
    - `names` object[], required: Array of names for the person. At least one name is required.
      - `nameForms` object[], required: Array of name forms. At least one name form is required.
        - `lang` string: The language and script code for the name form (e.g., ru-Latn for Russian in Latin script, ru-Cyrl for Russian in Cyrillic script).
        - `fullText` string: The full text of the name.
        - `parts` object[]: Array of name parts (e.g., given name, surname).
          - `type` string, required: The type of name part. Valid types include: http://gedcomx.org/Given, http://gedcomx.org/Surname, http://gedcomx.org/Prefix, http://gedcomx.org/Suffix
          - `value` string, required: The value of the name part.

## Response `200`

If the name was successfully composed from the provided name parts.

## Other responses

- `400`: If there is a problem with the provided data about the name.
