# News Articles

`GET /articles/{ticker}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.falpha.ai`
- URL: `https://api.falpha.ai/articles/{ticker}`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in query parameter `api_key`
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`

Get scraped news articles and their sentiment scores for a ticker. Use `date` for a single day, or `start_date` / `end_date` for a range. If none are provided, defaults to today (UTC).

## Path parameters

- `ticker` string, required

## Query parameters

- `date` string, nullable: Single date (YYYY-MM-DD). Ignored when start_date/end_date are set.
- `start_date` string, nullable: Range start (YYYY-MM-DD, inclusive).
- `end_date` string, nullable: Range end (YYYY-MM-DD, inclusive).

  - `ticker` string, required
  - `date` string, required: Requested date
  - `count` integer, required: Number of articles returned
  - `articles` ArticleResponse[], required
    - `date` string, required: Crawl date (YYYY-MM-DD)
    - `title` string, required: Article headline
    - `score` number, nullable: Sentiment score for this article
    - `source` string, nullable: Source domain
    - `summary` string, nullable: AI-generated summary of the article
    - `link` string, required: URL of the article
