- `x-organization-id` string: Required when using OAuth bearer tokens.

Text file, with its etag also in the ETag header

  - `sourceContent` string, nullable, required: What the repository held at last sync, or null if it never had the file.
  - `matchesSource` boolean, required
  - `etag` string, required: Pass back as ifMatch (or If-Match) so a write cannot clobber an edit you never saw.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request, such as a missing parent folder
- `403`: Permission is missing
- `404`: Space not found, or file not found
- `422`: Not a text file; read pages with GET /docs/{id}
