# Plugin update status

`GET /api/plugin/updateStatus`

What is known about plugin updates, read from a file; starts a background refresh when the answer is a few hours old. `unchecked`/`errors` are plugins with no verdict and why. `sweep.result` is `in-progress` while a check runs (`done` of `total` so far); poll until it is not.
