`POST domain.plan_changed` (webhook)

One domain moved to another plan (it sets the domain's storage and price).

## Payload

- object
  - `id` string, required: Unique per event, stable across retries and resends.
  - `type` string, required
  - `created_at` string, date-time, required
  - `customer_id` string: Partner endpoints only: the customer the event belongs to.
  - `data` object, required: Depends on `type`. See the example.

## Acknowledgement `2XX`

Received. Any other answer, or none within 10 seconds, is retried.
