# Remove the profile picture

`DELETE /mailboxes/{address}/avatar`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://faivelo.com/api/v1`

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Removes the mailbox's own picture; the domain default, if any, shows again. Requires scope `mail:write`.

- `401`: Missing or invalid API key
- `402`: The account's plan does not include the API (`plan_required`)
